We have been going to this dentist for 9 years, both my kids. The dentist is very knowledgeable and they are super gentle with fillings. Everything is designed specifically with kids in mind to keep them happy and calm. My son also had a cross bite from sucking his thumb and had an expander here. It was a really good experience and fixed the cross bit in about 6 months. It’s also pretty easy to schedule with them- they have a very friendly and helpful front office staff.

Dr. Wang is an exceptionally caring and dedicated dentist. She has been my son’s and daughter’s dentist since they were infants, and they are now 15 years old. We are truly grateful for the thoughtful care, thorough examinations, and excellent treatment she has provided over the years. Thank you, Dr. Wang, for your professionalism, kindness, and unwavering commitment to your patients.

I brought my child to RTP Pediatric Dentistry to see Dr. Zhengyan Wang on June 29. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. My child became very upset during the visit, and I felt that the communication was less patient and reassuring than in our previous dental experiences. The following day, I received a formal legal notice from Dr. Wang that was specifically addressed to me by name. The email accused me of violating another patient's privacy, stated that evidence had been collected, and threatened legal action. After I contacted RTP Pediatric Dentistry, I was informed that I had done nothing wrong and that the email had actually been intended for another patient. Receiving such a serious legal accusation, despite later being told it had been intended for another patient, was deeply disturbing. It left me with serious concerns about the practice's verification procedures, patient communication, and handling of patient information.

Really appreciate the expertise and the speed of Dr. Wang and her team at RTP Pediatric Dentistry. Before we even have time to complete the 6-month intake forms, our kids are in and out! I also appreciate that Dr. Wang takes time to update us parents on our kids' condition every visit. She and her staff are very approachable if you have questions or concerns or need paperwork filled out. Glad to be a part of Dr. Wang's practice.

From the very first phone call, the front desk team at RTP Pediatric Dentistry was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Even when their system was temporarily down, they followed through exactly as promised, reached back out promptly once things were up and running, and helped us schedule a second-opinion evaluation as early as possible. That level of care and efficiency immediately made a stressful situation feel more manageable. After feeling overwhelmed by a previous treatment plan that recommended addressing seven teeth at once under general anesthesia, we really appreciated Dr. Wang’s careful and measured approach. We had been diligently following regular 3-month monitoring visits for the past year, so naturally this was an emotional and confusing point for us as parents. Dr. Wang took the time to thoroughly evaluate our son, listen closely to our concerns, and thoughtfully discuss options without pressure.
